Ideal for a couple or family or small group. The villa includes three bedrooms, and features a large outdoor lounge and beautiful terrace with pool. From the terrace one can see the ocean in the Bay of Rio San Juan and easily check for wave conditions. This allows you to plan your day's activities, whether they be beaching or fishing or golfing or just playing tourist. The villa is staffed by an excellent cook and housekeeper and a grounds keeper so everything is taken care of for you.
About Us
We are Canadians who live part-time in the Dominican Republic. We have deep roots in the Dominican Republic and are committed to continuing to live there part time. The villa includes a private suite which we will occupy for the winter months.
Amenities
Three bedrooms, large outdoor lounge, patio with pool and BBQ, exotic flower garden, outdoor dining gazebo. Backup power system, fully equipped kitchen with Dominican cook and housekeeper. Full kitchen priviledges for preparing your own meals or housekeeper will prepare breakfast and other meals as requested. We have cable TV, wireless internet and we are pet friendly.
